Our engineer-led crews assess each structure, prepare the substrate, and apply systems selected for the tank’s condition and service requirements. Regional expertise helps address seasonal moisture and demanding facility conditions across New York and New Jersey.

Specialized preparation, repair, sealing, and waterproofing services for concrete fire suppression tank restoration projects.
Crews assess concrete condition, remove contaminants and deteriorated materials, and prepare surfaces for reliable adhesion of the selected lining or waterproofing system.
Abrasive blasting removes old coatings, scale, contaminants, and unsound surface material while creating the profile required for subsequent concrete sealing or lining application.
Port Seal or Xypex systems help address cracks, joints, pores, and water infiltration in concrete fire suppression tanks, supporting durable protection against moisture-related deterioration.
Concrete fire suppression tanks require dependable resistance to water infiltration, cracking, and substrate deterioration. AmTech evaluates the structure, repairs damaged areas, and prepares the surface before applying appropriate crystalline waterproofing or lining solutions. Port Seal and Xypex systems react within the concrete matrix to help seal pores, capillaries, cracks, and joints. This approach supports safer liquid storage and helps preserve tank service life in New York and New Jersey facilities.
