DuraChem® 500 series instant-cure polylining systems create seamless, chemical-resistant barriers for corrosive liquids at varying temperatures and concentrations. Zero VOC application minimizes facility downtime.
100% solids DuraChem® polylining resists aggressive H₂S environments, fluctuating pH, and biological activity in municipal and industrial wastewater treatment facilities. Instant cure, monolithic barrier application.
HydraStone Alkrete® cementitious lining system withstands temperatures up to 900°F. Ideal for domestic hot water, HVAC buffer tanks, and thermal storage systems requiring food-safe, corrosion-resistant protection.
Custom laminate rebuilds using glass, Kevlar, or carbon veils with polyester, vinylester, or epoxy resins. Structural repairs address cracks, delamination, UV degradation, and nozzle failures in FRP tanks.
API 653-compliant floor pan installation using FRP or DuraChem® polylining creates seamless corrosion barriers for petroleum, chemical, and industrial process tanks. Ultrasonic testing identifies permeations before repair.
Rapid-response crews mobilize with proprietary materials for active leaks, corrosion breakthroughs, lining failures, and structural cracks. Minimize environmental incidents and maintain regulatory compliance with same-day service.
AmTech's proprietary DuraChem® 500 series, HydraStone Alkrete®, and Armor Shield® lining systems are engineered to outperform traditional coatings in the most demanding industrial environments. Our instant-cure polylinings eliminate multi-day cure times, producing zero VOCs and allowing same-day return to service. All surface preparation and application work is performed by our own engineer-trained field crews—not subcontractors—ensuring consistent quality across every project. Whether you're storing corrosive chemicals, petroleum products, or potable water, we deliver monolithic, seamless barriers backed by the industry's best warranty program.

Over five decades of engineering excellence and proven field results across North America.

CS Project Engineer / NLPA Special Inspector
Greg Comeau serves as AmTech's CS Project Engineer and NLPA Special Inspector, bringing specialized expertise in commercial tank assessment, regulatory compliance, and complex lining system design. As a licensed NLPA Special Inspector, Greg conducts detailed tank integrity evaluations, ultrasonic permeation testing, and structural assessments that form the foundation of every AmTech project. His engineering oversight ensures that surface preparation, material selection, and application protocols meet or exceed API, NFPA, ANSI, and NSF standards. Greg manages projects across multiple industries—from Fortune 500 chemical facilities to municipal water systems—coordinating field crews, specifying proprietary lining systems, and providing technical guidance throughout the installation process. With direct oversight of both routine maintenance projects and emergency response situations, he ensures that every tank restoration delivers maximum service life extension while minimizing facility downtime. Greg is the primary contact for project inquiries, technical consultations, and employment applications.
AmTech services all tank types and materials including steel (above-ground and underground storage tanks), concrete (potable water, wastewater, fire suppression), fiberglass and FRP tanks, and laminate composite tanks. We work on tanks storing potable water, hot water, wastewater, petroleum products (crude oil, diesel, gasoline, jet fuel), industrial chemicals (acids, alkalis, solvents), and specialty liquids across municipal, commercial, industrial, and institutional facilities nationwide.
