Engineer-led solutions for every phase of your industrial tank and pressure vessel lifecycle—from custom fabrication to emergency repair.
Custom-engineered pressure vessel manufacturing using ASME-compliant welding, material selection, and structural design tailored to your specific operating pressures, temperatures, and chemical service environments.
DuraChem® 500 series instant-cure polylinings create seamless chemical-resistant barriers inside storage tanks, protecting against corrosive acids, caustics, and industrial chemicals while eliminating extended cure downtime.
Rapid-response field crews deploy with proprietary repair materials—including instant-cure linings, fiberglass laminates, and structural welding equipment—to address active leaks, corrosion failures, and regulatory shutdowns across North America.
HydraStone Alkrete® cementitious linings engineered for potable water, DHW, and thermal storage tanks—withstanding temperatures up to 900°F while providing food-safe, corrosion-resistant protection for building water systems.
SSPC-certified surface preparation using dry/wet abrasive blasting, hydroblasting, and specialized media selection to achieve optimal substrate profiles for maximum lining adhesion and long-term coating performance.
Structural fiberglass laminate repair using custom-assembled glass, Kevlar, or carbon veil systems with chemically-matched polymer matrices to restore tank integrity and extend service life for decades.

Our field engineers conduct comprehensive site evaluations, analyzing tank substrate materials, stored product chemistry, operating temperatures, and environmental conditions. We perform ultrasonic thickness testing to map corrosion, document structural integrity, and develop project-specific material specifications that meet API 653, NFPA, and ASME standards for your facility's exact requirements.
Over 55 years serving Fortune 500 companies, municipalities, and critical infrastructure across North America.
The industry leader in tank lining and pressure vessel services with over half a century of engineering excellence.
Our own trained technicians—never subcontractors—backed by field engineering staff who design project-specific solutions for your exact operating conditions.
Exclusive access to HydraStone Alkrete® cementitious linings and DuraChem® 500 instant-cure polylinings—proven technologies you won't find anywhere else in North America.

CS Project Engineer / NLPA Special Inspector
Greg Comeau serves as AmTech's senior project engineer and NLPA Special Inspector, bringing specialized expertise in tank engineering, regulatory compliance, and field project management. As a credentialed inspector, Greg ensures all AmTech installations meet or exceed industry standards including API 653, NFPA codes, and environmental regulations governing underground and above-ground storage systems. His role encompasses comprehensive project assessment—from initial site evaluation and material specification through final quality verification and warranty activation. Greg works directly with facility owners, engineers, and regulatory authorities to design solutions that balance operational requirements, budget constraints, and long-term asset protection. His deep technical knowledge of proprietary lining systems, substrate preparation requirements, and chemical compatibility makes him an invaluable resource for complex industrial projects. Available for project inquiries and technical consultations at 603-315-8839.
AmTech services all major tank types and substrates including steel atmospheric storage tanks (ASTs), underground storage tanks (USTs), pressurized vessels, concrete water storage tanks, fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP) tanks, and hybrid laminate systems. Our capabilities cover petroleum storage (crude oil, diesel, gasoline, jet fuel), chemical processing tanks, hot and cold water systems (up to 900°F), wastewater treatment tanks, and specialty industrial vessels. We handle both new fabrication projects and comprehensive repair/relining of existing assets across all 50 US states, Canada, and the Caribbean.
